Allen arrived at the club in 2016 as a 16-year-old in the pursuit of a professional football career and she would go on to achieve just that, signing her first contract with the club in 2018.
“I’m delighted to have signed a new deal with Bristol City ahead of the new season,” said Allen.

“I’ve worked with Lauren (Smith) before so I’m excited to get to stuck in with pre-season and learn from her this campaign.”
The full-back has made 76 appearances for the Robins, featuring 16 times in the Barclays FAWSL last campaign as well as being a regular in City’s run to the 2021 FA Continental Tyres Cup final.
Twenty-one-year-old Allen has also received age-range international honours having represented the Young Lionesses throughout the Under-16, Under-17 and Under-19 age groups.
