Two City players shortlisted for awards.

Lexi Lloyd-Smith and Emily Syme have been shortlisted for the Barclays WSL2 Player of the Season award.

Syme played a key role in City’s campaign and was named the Supporters Club and Trust Player of the season after registering 13 goal contributions. 

Lloyd-Smith was awarded City’s Young Player of the Season after a strong campaign and the forward's hat-trick against Sheffield United on Saturday saw her reach 11 goals for the season and secure the Barclays WSL2 Golden Boot.

The pair are in the running for the Barclays WSL2 Player of the Season award amongst Lily Crosthwaite (Birmingham City), Jordan Knobbs (Newcastle United), Ashleigh Weerden (Crystal Palace) and Sophie Whitehouse (Charlton Athletic).
