Aspin applauds record crowd.

The 16-year-old defender from Somerset was frustrated with the 4-2 defeat to title-winning Liverpool. admitting it was “tough to take”.

However Aspin was pleased with how she has progressed in a season that has included captaining England Under-17s, telling Robins TV: “Sixteen years old playing in front of thousand of fans, my mum, dad, nan and grandad, going away with England and scoring my first international goal and captaining the side, is what dreams are made of.”
