The Robins sit six points clear at the top of the table ahead of the final four games but Bentley insists her side will need to be at their best to come away with the victory.
"I’m really excited," she said. "I think Sheffield United will be a good side and we can’t take any games for granted.
"I think their place in the league doesn’t reflect how good they are as a team, but we love playing at home so we’re feeling good.
"They’re a physical side and they posses a dangerous attacking threat so we need to be on our game."
Bentley and her defence have kept four clean sheets in their last five outings, and the City shot-stopper knows they'll have to replicate those performances again come Sunday.
She said: "Getting a clean sheet always helps the team. Both me and the defence pride ourselves in that and it’s great to see us putting our bodies on the line to protect our goal."
As a unit we work on our blocks and we also work really hard as a goalkeeper union so when the time comes we can make the important saves.

Bentley was voted Barclays Women's Championship Player of the Week for her heroics against Southampton last time out.
She said: "I'm delighted to receive that recognition but it's credit to the whole team for the performance and the clean sheet. I'm excited to push on for the last four games."
