️ Boddy is a Robin.

Boddy joins up with Lauren Smith's side after spending the second half of last season at Women's Super League side Leicester City.

Before her move to Leicester the 18-year-old midfielder was at Middlesbrough where she gained a lot of experience playing in the National League.

The teenager has also played internationally for England at youth level and is now keen to make progress in the West Country.

Speaking to Robins TV, Boddy said: “I’ve only been here a few days but I have already built some great relationships and now it’s about building relationships on the pitch. I love playing football so I can’t wait to get started."

On her attributes and her style of play the midfielder went on to talk about how she can contribute to the team, saying: "I think I'm a very aggressive player, creative and very hardworking. I think that's something that Bristol City really like and with the aspirations of getting promoted this season that's something that needs to be brought to the table."

Boddy also spoke about her aspirations of playing in the Women's Super League, getting more minutes under belt and continuing to play in England's pathway.
