The 23-year-old impressed during her short spell in the 2019/20 campaign and has put pen to paper on a two-year deal with the Robins.
Prior to the termination of the 2019/20 season, Bryson featured in all five of Bristol City’s fixtures since arriving in January.
“I’m delighted to sign a two-year deal here at Bristol City,” said Bryson.
“The club, my teammates and coaches have allowed me to enjoy my football again and that means the world to me.
“I can’t wait to build on the hard work we’ve put in and hit the ground running come the start of the new season”.
Oxtoby said: “Faye came to us short on confidence and in need of a supportive environment and the opportunity for game time. She has thrived within our group and has really impressed in her short time with us in the second half of the season.
“She is another bright young English player, who with the right investment in her development, is going to continue to be a fantastic addition to our squad.
“I’m looking forward to working with her again this season and watching her progress reach her full potential as a player.”
