City players Max O’Leary, Jason Knight, Jasmine Bull and Olivia Clark were in attendance at yesterday’s pan disability session at Imperial Sports Ground.

As the Foundation continued its EFL Week of Action celebrations, the players took part in small-sided football matches, took photos with participants, and signed their t-shirts.

The session is part of the Foundation’s Project Inc. programme, which provides an opportunity for both young people and adults with disabilities to participate in fun activities, and develop their fitness, and football skills.

Knight supporting the work of the Foundation for the first time after joining in the summer, was impressed with the number of participants who come to the sessions weekly.

“It is great to see some many people here tonight, and that they have a space to come and enjoy playing football weekly. It's amazing to see the community work being done,” said Knight.

Gary Bell, Foundation Disability Lead Coach, shared how excited participants were to meet the City players, saying:

“It was a great experience to have the players visit, take part in the session and meet our participants.

Our participants are all Bristol City fans and watch these guys play at Ashton Gate. They were all excited and had a lot of fun.”
