City take out Harrison contract extension.

An option to extend the striker’s stay at the club has been exercised, meaning she will see out the third year of her deal.

The Scottish international returned to the pitch this season following a long spell on the sidelines in the 2019/20 campaign as she recovered from a knee ligament injury.

Harrison made 20 appearances in the 2020/21 season, providing two assists and netting twice - once against Arsenal and the second versus Brighton & Hove Albion in the season finale.

The 23-year-old will now be looking to lead the line for the Robins as they aim to return to the Barclays FA Women’s Super League at the first time of asking.
