City Women shortlisted for two awards.

City Women have been shortlisted in two categories at the 2026 Women's Football Awards.

Steve Lansdown CBE has been shortlisted for the Off the Pitch Award due to his efforts in promoting women's football and investment in Bristol City Women. 

Following 10 years at the helm of City Women, the Lansdown family handed over stewardship of the club to Mercury13 back in September and retains a minority stake in the club.

This was a unique deal in English football and is one which celebrates the growth of women’s football.

The Robins are also in contention for the Best Social Media and Community Impact Award.

Recognition for both of these awards follows public nominations from fans and professionals across the game, making these achievements even more meaningful. 

City supporters can vote in both categories, with winners announced on Thursday May 7th, with Gabby Logan and Jamie Carragher presenting the awards evening.
