City Women staff for 2023/24 season.

City can confirm Lauren Smith's team of technical staff ahead of the 2023/24 season.

Natalie Haigh has joined City as an Assistant Coach alongside Loren Dykes.

During her playing career Haigh won the Championship with Aston Villa in 2019/20 before staying at the club in the top flight. She hung up her boots at the end of the 2021/22 season and took up a role as Assistant Manager at Lewes Women in the Barclays Women's Championship.

James White becomes the new First Team Goalkeeper Coach, joining from Reading.

White also has experience working with the Young Lionesses at Under-18 and Under-19 level and previously held the goalkeeper coach role at Southampton Women.

Anita Asante, who played a key role in the Robins title-winning season, will continue to hold a consultancy role to support the Bristol City technical team throughout the new campaign.

Tom Cresswell and Jess Wells make up the new-look physiotherapy department as Lead Physiotherapist and Sports Rehabilitation Therapist respectively.

Cresswell brings a wealth of experience in the field, having worked across the sporting world, including rugby union, international basketball, Grand Slam Tennis, and both Williams Racing and Mercedes AMG Petronas Formula 1 team.

Wells will take on the role having recently completed a MSc in Sports and Exercise Medicine at the University of Nottingham.
