Farrugia wins Player of the Month.

Maria Farrugia has been voted Bristol City Women's Player of the Month for December by supporters.

Farrugia found the net twice in December, scoring once and assisting once in a 4-0 home win over Sheffield United.

The forward also helped the Robins progress to the Fourth Round of the Adobe Women’s FA Cup, scoring from close range in a 2-0 Round Three victory over Portsmouth.

She finished top of the vote, ahead of Emily Syme, Mari Ward and Lexi Lloyd-Smith
