REMEMBRANCE SUNDAY

Fans of both Bristol City and Aston Villa are encouraged to take to their seats early ahead of kick-off as we will be showing our support for the Royal British Legion’s Poppy Appeal.

The Royal British Legion will be present and bucket collecting on Sunday and there will be a period of science ahead of kick-off.

CONCOURSE FUNZONE - 12:30pm-2pm

There are a whole host of activities happening ahead of kick-off. The Robins Foundation will be running several activities in the Lansdown concourse including a Panna Cage, a football inflatable, penalty shootout and face paint stamps. All activities are free to experience, just join the queue and have some fun!

Keep an eye out for Bristol Breast Care Centre who will be running an information stand to raise awareness of breast care and breast screening.

RED & ROBYN

Red & Robyn are Bristol City’s official mascots, and they never miss a matchday!

They are regulars in the club shop and concourse, but you can also find them flying around Ashton Gate at the main entrance, turnstiles and pitch-side pre match.

If you bump into Red & Robyn, feel free to ask for a photograph, challenge them to a dance-off or just give them a high five.

Follow Red & Robyn on Twitter  and Instagram @rednrobyn and keep up to date with all things Junior Reds.

PLEDGEBALL

The Pledgeball League is back for the 2023/24 season and Bristol City Women are striving to top the table and become back-to-back champions!

We're calling all City supporters to back their side on and off the pitch. This season there are some amazing prizes up for grabs including a signed City Women shirt, £15,000 worth of sustainability consulting – which will be awarded to the winning club, and FREE away travel by train for one lucky fan who pledges.

Getting involved is simple – supporters can make a pledge (up until midnight on matchday) to take actions that drive change, protect our air, our spaces and show caring intentions!

The group of supporters who have pledged to save the most carbon emissions by midnight on the matchday will see their club win the Pledgeball fixture and climb the league table!

The more you pledge in support of Bristol City Women, the more time you’re entered into the prize draw!

Loaded Fries: New for the 23/24 Season, our latest concession located within the Independence Sports Bar is “Loaded Fries”.

You can get a £3 pint or a free soft drink with every portion of LOADED Fries purchased in the Independence Sports Bar ahead of City Women's match on Sunday, November 12th.

You can claim your £3 pint (Thatchers/Heineken/Guinness/IPA) or FREE soft drink (Pepsi/Tango/7UP/Water) when you collect your food from the kitchen.

STORE

The Bristol Sport Store at Ashton Gate Stadium will be open from 11am, with access to fitting rooms.

SELF-DESTRUCT CUPS'

‘Self-Destruct Cups’ are in action at Ashton Gate Stadium. The cup is designed to be recycled but unlike other plastics, if it is leaked into the environment it will turn into an earth-friendly wax within two years – leaving no toxins or microplastics.

There are also convenient bins located around the stadium. Play your part and segregate your waste!

  • Red bins across Ashton Gate are for clean plastic waste only. Please place your empty cups (including self-destruct cups), bottles and other plastic in these
  • White bins will be for non-plastics only. This waste will be segregated off-site and recycled where possible with any non-recyclable materials converted into energy

RUCKSACKS

Ashton Gate Stadium asks supporters not to bring large rucksacks on matchdays, following advice from the National Counter Terrorism Office and Avon and Somerset Police.

Fans will still be able to bring smaller handbags into the stadium, although these will be subject to the usual search process.

An Ashton Gate spokesman said: “The searching process will always be subject to change and whilst there is no specific threat to any Sports Ground, we must ensure that we remain vigilant and the message to spectators is to ‘Be Alert not Alarmed’."

SAFETY AND SECURITY

As a reminder to Bristol City fans we would like to state that the use of smoke bombs, flares and pyrotechnics is strictly prohibited. Any of our supporters found in possession or setting off a pyrotechnic device (or such methods) will be subject of a minimum three year ban from Ashton Gate and any conviction at court will result in a football banning order for all grounds for three years.

If you see or hear any racist, homophobic or any other abuse around the stadium, please report it to our text line: 07770 736 047.
