Harrison's 20th goal of the season wasn't enough for the Robins after the visitors equalised late on courtesy of captain Wilkinson.
Speaking to Robins TV, Harrison said: “I think momentum swung back and forth throughout the game, we had chances and should've done better. In the last five minutes or so we had all the momentum and should've nicked a goal or two. When we look back across the game we should've finished it in the first half.
"Coventry are obviously fighting for something but that doesn't mean we're not, we want to get second place and that's within our control."
On netting her 20th of the season, the forward added: "I probably should've had a couple more, I had some good chances but I just tried to lead the line and I got the reward with the goal."
Harrison went on to also speak about the challenge that London City Lionesses will pose next weekend and the importance of getting back to winning ways.
