FFION MORGAN
Morgan has been named in Gemma Grainger’s 26-player squad for their upcoming FIFA Women’s World Cup Qualifiers as they travel away to take on Slovenia (Friday, October 22nd), before facing Estonia at the Cardiff City Stadium (Tuesday, October 26th).
SATARA MURRAY
The City Women centre-back will link with the Reggae Girlz over the next two-weeks as the Jamaican national team convene in Miami ahead of back-to-back friendly fixtures against Costa Rica (Thursday, October 22nd and Sunday, October 24th).
FRAN BENTLEY
Bentley has been named in the revamped Lionesses Under-23 squad as new Lionesses Head Coach Sarina Wiegman looks to increase opportunities for promising players in the senior pathway.
The Under-23 squad will travel to the Stade Leburton in Tubize for an international fixture against Belgium (Monday, October 25th) with experienced coach Mo Marley returning to guide the squad on a consultancy basis.
AGGIE BEEVER-JONES
Beever-Jones will head away with the Young Lionesses as they begin their EURO qualifying campaign. The Under-19s will face three fixtures, starting against the Republic of Ireland (Wednesday, October 20th), before taking on Northern Ireland three days later (Saturday, October 23rd).
The group will finish with a fixture against Switzerland (Tuesday 26 October) with the aim of progressing through to the second round of qualifying next year.
ACADEMY
Ella Hilliard has been included in the 20-player Wales Under-19 squad to travel to Andorra for the 2022 UEFA WU19 EURO Qualifying Round.
They will face hosts Andorra (Tuesday, October 19th), Moldova (Friday, October 22nd) and Albania (Monday, October 25th).
Sarah and Grace Mitchell have also been named in the Scotland Under-19 squad.
The young Scots will take on Austria (Wednesday, October 20th), Ukraine (Saturday, October 23rd) and the Netherlands (Tuesday, October 26th).
REGIONAL TALENT CENTRE
Chloe McMahon and Tianna Tiesar have been named in the Wales Under-17s squad, which is led by former City and Wales legend Loren Dykes.
Fearne Slocombe will attend the FA Women’s National Talent Camp at Under-16 level, whilst Emily Cadell, Ella Smith, Amelie Birchley and Alice Turner will all attend the Under-15s camp.
