The Vixens secured an impressive win at home against London Bees but Kirk knows they will be tested this weekend as they take on Millwall away on Saturday, July 30th (KO 6:45pm).
“It will be a difficult game,” he said.
“Their league position will indicate a comfortable three points but they won’t make it easy for us.
“We know they have individual players who can hurt us."
Goals from Jodie Brett, Charlie Estcourt and a London Bees own goal helped the Vixens continue their unbeaten home league record but City Women’s away form has been mixed.
“We have had some tough games recently but the win on the weekend had given the girls confidence,” Kirk added.
City Women remain in second place in the WSL2 league table, just two points behind local rivals Yeovil.
