With a vision to provide achievable, sustainable and repeatable success with a 1st team squad built on a core of home-grown talent; 2020/21 saw Bristol City FC have a record number of Academy player appearances in our First Team squad.

Coinciding with our move into the brand-new Robins High Performance Centre, we wish to build on this positive impact and are now building our structure for future and continued success.

We are looking for committed, exceptional people to join us on our unique journey in the full- time role within our Academy team as Head of Education & Life Skills.
