- To work with the general manager on the operations of Bristol City Women’s Football club, including but not exclusive to; match-day operations, training, and facility operations
- To work with the general manager on planning and delivery of all match day administration, communications, and operations for the First team
- To be responsible for the co-ordination of First Team home matchday operations including the provision of stewards, medical support, club shop, hospitality, media, staff and volunteers
- To be responsible for the co-ordination of away travel for first team including accommodation, travel and meals
- Attend all home and away games
- To be responsible for updating and maintaining the weekly Club schedule of activity with the RHPC Ops manager and sharing this with the appropriate personnel
- To assist and plan in fan experience at all home games, to drive and increase fan attendances and engagement
- Manage all player appearances for the first team by liaising with local clubs, Robins foundation and sponsors and partners
- Work collaboratively with all Bristol City and Bristol Sport teams
- Liaise with all club staff to ensure they are working effectively in their department
- To be responsible for working alongside the Robins Foundation to generate and develop the club’s community programmes
- To work with the safeguarding lead to have appropriate safeguarding updates across the women and girls pathway

Desirable
- Two years previous experience of working within the Women’s game, at International, Women’s Super League or Championship level
- Experience of an operational role within professional football
- Lead operations on a stadium game
