- To be responsible for all First Team player and staff training and match kit
- To print all First Team player and staff training and match kit in compliance with competition regulations
- To distribute training and match kit to all First Team players and staff
- To assist the General Manager in kit ordering for the first team and pathway
- To assist the laundry department to launder, dry, store and set out training and match kit for all First Team players and staff
- To prepare and set out the team dressing room and coaches’ room ahead of all home and away fixtures
- To liaise with the Football Secretary for match kit confirmation
- To record and monitor stock levels of training and match kit, including regular stock checks
- To liaise with First Team management staff and Groundstaff to assist in setting out equipment required for training sessions and games
- To assist the Sports Science and Medical departments with storage and inventory management
- To clean and tidy work areas e.g. dressing room, boot room, kit room
Essential
- Previous inventory and operations experience, ideally in a football environment
- Be an honest, clear communicator
- Heat press experience
- Valid full UK driving licence due to the driving requirement of the role, between all sites and other stadiums
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication & management skills
- Excellent time-management skills
- The ability to work effectively under own initiative and also as a member of a team
- Hands-on approach with a can-do attitude
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Ability to anticipate and prioritise workload
- To assist the Academy department with kit printing and distribution for all player and staff training and match kit
- To attend meetings as directed by First Team management staff and the Football Secretary
- All other duties that may arise from time to time and fall within the scope of the role
Desirable
- Previous experience of working within the Women’s game, at International, Womens Super League or Championship level.
- Experience of kit manager in an elite football environment
