Foord (3), Catley, Raso, Kerr and Gorry all scored at the Campbelltown Stadium
Despite not getting on the scoresheet, Logarzo put in a dominant display in midfield and played a big part in three of Australia’s goal.
The central midfielder dispossessed Chinese Taipei as they looked to break out the box, which resulted in van Egmond picking up the ball and sliding it through to Foord, who took the ball round the keeper for her second of the evening.
City Women’s January recruit was the catalyst for Australia’s fourth as she demonstrated her physicality in the centre of the field as she muscled her opposite number off the ball and started a free-flowing counter attack move, which resulted in Raso rounding the keeper and sliding the ball into an empty net.
Logarzo then turned provider for the fifth as she played a sumptuous reverse ball into the path of substitute Sam Kerr, who made no mistake in finding the back of the net only three minutes after being introduced.
Logarzo and her teammates return to Sydney to face Thailand on Monday, February 10th, before taking on China PR on Thursday, February 13th at Western Sydney Stadium, Parramatta.
