Losada named City captain.

Vicky Losada has been named captain of Bristol City Women for the 2025/26 Barclays WSL2 season.

The Champions League winner was club captain of Brighton in the Barclays Women’s Super League last season and joined the club this summer.

“It’s a real honour and privilege to be named captain of this club", the midfielder said.

"The team have all worked incredibly hard this pre-season and we are excited for the season to start. We know what a competitive league this is and I am excited to lead the girls out - starting at Birmingham.”

City can also announce Sophie Ingle and Emily Syme will share the vice captaincy.
