Victory over Crystal Palace last time out saw the Robins keep their three-point gap at the top of the table and maintain a 100% record on home turf.
Shania Hayles found the net at the end of an action-packed first half before two goals in four minutes from Emily Syme and Abi Harrison all but wrapped up a dominant 3-0 victory 10 minutes into the second half.
The Addicks, on the other hand, will be looking for a reaction after falling to defeat at Lewes on Sunday afternoon as Paula Howell's 53rd-minute effort secured the points for the Sussex side.
Defender Ella Powell said: "We've had a really positive start to the season. In the last few games we've found our goal-scoring boots which presents a really exciting opportunity for us to keep building momentum.
"Charlton are a good side so this will be a tough one for us, but I'm confident that we can keep building on our strong start."
