A single victory separates the two sides ahead of the showdown, though Lauren Smith's Robins have played one less fixture.
City were held to a goalless draw at Blackburn Rovers last time out, while London City Lionesses, who lost Head Coach Melissa Phillips at the end of the month, powered to a 3-1 victory over Sunderland.
City captain Aimee Palmer is prepared for the Lionesses to ‘bring their A-game’ when they visit BS8.
“There’s no shying away from the fact that it’s an important game but we’re together as a group and you can see that on and off the pitch,” she said.
“It’s a game of football at the end of day and it will come down to who wants it more.
“We’ve spoken as a team and we know that everyone is going to bring their A-game against us so we need to find new ways to win.
“We know what they’re going to be like. They’re the team at the top of the table but now we’re the ones chasing. Everyone has always said we’ve had a target on our backs but now it looks like they have."

Since defeat at the hands of Crystal Palace on the opening day of the season, London City Lionesses have been an almost unstoppable force.
