Bristol City Women are delighted to announce Natalie Haigh has been appointed City Women's Academy Manager.

This comes after just over a year as First Team Assistant Coach. Haigh joined the first team staff back in September 2023 after a stint as Assistant Manager at Lewes Women and an illustrious playing career in the top flight.

Haigh will now lead the City Women’s Academy as the club looks to continue its development of young talent.

Romaney Pinnock, Head of Women’s Football, said: “I am thrilled Natalie has accepted this role. She brings with her a wealth of experience, having been a professional player herself, previously working as an academy manager and as a coach in our women’s first team.

"I look forward to working with her as she guides the academy to greater heights, while building an even stronger bridge between our youth teams and the first team.”

Haigh said of her appointment: "I am looking forward to playing my part in shaping the future of the women's pathway here at Bristol City Football Club.

"We are looking to build on the club's rich history within the women's game and our ambition is to cultivate an industry-leading programme which nurtures home grown talent and shapes the leaders of tomorrow.

"We are committed to cultivating a culture of excellence across both player and staff development, and endeavour to empower all at Bristol City Women’s Academy to seek success both on and off the pitch."

Congratulations, Nat!
