City make their return to cup action as they make the trip to Arsenal in the Adobe Women’s FA Cup on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 (7.45pm).
City will be looking to pick up where they left off on Sunday after an excellent away win at table-toppers Birmingham City.
City progressed to this round of the competition with an impressive display and 3-0 away win at Southampton in early December.

Arsenal have a superb record in the prestigious Women’s FA Cup, winning the competition 14 times, more than any other club.
The Gunners will be looking to continue that this year, especially given their mixed start to the campaign in the WSL. Their slow start to the season cost manager Jonas Eidevall his job in October, after he resigned following just one win in their first four games.
Eidevall’s assistant Renée Slegers took over on an interim basis and has turned the team’s fortunes around, seeing them soar to third place in the WSL, seven points behind leaders Chelsea.
She was named as the new permanent Head Coach in mid-January.
