Ashton Gate plays host to the final game of the Barclays Women’s Super League season as Bristol City welcome Everton on Saturday, May 18th (3pm).
Lauren Smith will be keen for her side to record their first home win of the season, giving them a platform to build on going into next season's Championship campaign, in which City will play their trade at Ashton Gate once more.
Similarly, Amalie Thestrup will be looking to round off an impressive campaign on a personal note by hitting double figures in the goalscoring charts, with the Dane currently sitting on nine goals in the WSL.
OUR OPPONENTS: EVERTON
Founded: 1983
Stadium: Walton Hall Park
Nickname: The Toffees

Having previously qualified for the Champions League back in 2011, Everton have been unable to reach such a level again in recent years.
The Toffees spent three years in the Championship after being relegated from the WSL in 2014, winning the second division in 2017. They have since re-established themselves as a stable top flight club, finishing comfortably mid-table every season, and as high as sixth under Brian Sorensen last time out.
Everton have had another solid season in the league, finding themselves 8th as they head into the final fixture. Sorensen also led his side to an FA Cup Quarter Final, before losing out to Emma Hayes’ Chelsea.
