For the second successive week, Bristol City are in action at Ashton Gate as Manchester City are the visitors on Sunday, April 28th (6:45pm).
There were plenty of positives to take for Lauren Smith and her side in the 1-0 defeat to Liverpool last time out, with the returning Rachel Furness and Jasmine Bull, making her first Barclays Women’s Super League start, particularly impressive.
Amalie Thestrup has enjoyed the most fruitful season of her career to date, with nine WSL goals to her name so far, and she’ll be looking to hit double figures as we head into the final three games of the campaign.
OUR OPPONENTS: Manchester City

Former City manager Matt Beard took over for his second spell in the North West in 2021, winning the Championship title at the first attempt and leading Liverpool back to the WSL, which they won twice under Beard in 2013 and 2014.
The Reds enjoyed a consolidation season in their first campaign back in the top flight last season, finishing 7th, a platform in which they have managed to build on this time round.
Liverpool find themselves fifth in the league as we head into the final four games of the season, which would prove to be their highest finish in the WSL since 2017 if they were to hold on.
