The Robins won all three of their February fixtures, scoring 10 goals in the process, which has seen City rise four places in the league table to second.
After a difficult run of results in January, City began February with a bang as they beat Crystal Palace 4-0 at the Robins High Performance Centre.
Smith’s side continued their goalscoring form when they travelled to the North East and defeated Durham 3-0 at Maiden Castle, before beating London City Lionesses 3-2 in an enthralling encounter at Princes Park.
On receiving the award, Smith said: “It’s a great honour to receive this award and the credit goes to the efforts of all the players and staff. We have an honest group who work hard for each other and it’s paying off with our results and league position.”
