City have completed the signing of Canadian international Sarah Stratigakis.

The attacking midfielder joins until the end of the 2024/25 season, subject to international clearance.

Stratigakis began her career at University, playing for the Michigan Wolverines where she made 70 appearances and found the net 18 times.

Her first senior contract came with semi-professional side Aurora in Ontario, Canada, where she found the net 13 times in 15 appearances before making the switch to Oakville Blue Devils.

Stratigakis' prolific record in front of goal continued with the Devils as she bagged a remarkable nine goals in just six appearances before making the move to Vittsjö GIK in Sweden.

"I'm extremely excited to be here and I'm grateful for the opportunity," she said. "I can't wait to get going."

"Ashton Gate is an amazing stadium and I'm looking forward to getting out in front of the Bristol City fans."

The 24-year-old will wear number 18.
