City Women can announce Paul Temple has been appointed Assistant Coach ahead of the 2025/26 WSL2 season.
Temple joins Charlotte Healy’s backroom staff after a spell coaching in New Zealand.
Following a decade-long association with Wellington Phoenix in the Women’s A-League, where he had roles including Youth Team Coach, Technical Director and Head Coach.
On joining City, he said: “‘I’m really looking forward to the season ahead at this fantastic club and working with a great group of players and staff.
“We have already done a lot of work and are preparing for an exciting WSL2 season and I look forward to supporting the team when the season gets going.”
Head Coach Charlotte Healy added: ‘Paul is a fantastic addition to our technical team. He has a lot of experience both as a head coach and as an assistant coach in both domestic and international football.
“With his history of working across the men’s and women’s game and his experiences working with the New Zealand National Teams will all help add value to the work we are doing here and we’re delighted to have him on board.”
