Thestrup nominated for WSL Player of the Month.

Amalie Thestrup has been nominated for Barclays Women's Super League Player of the Month for November.

The Danish forward has settled into life in the South West well, and bagged two crucial goals during the month to help City secure their first four points of the season with a victory at West Ham United and a 2-2 draw at Everton.

She goes up against Man City forward Khadija 'Bunny' Shaw, Liverpool's Sophie Román Haug, Lotte Wubben-Moy of Arsenal and Chelsea duo Lauren James and Aggie Beever-Jones.
