Willie Kirk's side were defeated 3-1 by Everton ladies in last weekend's FA Cup tie and City Women were left to rue missed chances, despite dominating for long periods of the match.

Belgian international Biesmans believes that with players returning from injury and some new faces arriving during the January transfer window, the team are in a really good place moving forward.

She said: "We've been really frustrated in recent games, we've had plenty of the ball and played some great football, but unfortunately that finishing touch has just been lacking. We have the ability to score from all over the pitch, so it's just having the belief in ourselves.

"The new faces have all been great additions to the side and have settled in really well and it's fantastic to have some players coming back from injury. Squad competition is really strong at the moment.

"We've got to make sure we're continuing to play our style of football and the chances will come as we've shown we are good enough countless times this year with some really solid performances."

Biesmans says playing at home will be a huge boost for the side, who haven't played at The Stoke Gifford Stadium since early January.

She added: "We've got great fans and the home support is always brilliant. Having the 12th man really can help change a game and I'm looking forward to seeing some familiar faces in the crowd."

Tickets for Saturday's game are available .
