Baggaley was in inspired form between the sticks on Sunday afternoon making thirteen saves at the Madejski.
Her save from Jess Fishlock’s wicked volley in the forty-third minute kickstarted a swift counter-attack, which resulted in a ‘selfless’ assist from Wellings who teed up Bissell to slot home.
“We’re definitely happy with the point, it keeps us building on the season we have had.
“We’ve had a tough run of games coming into this game in the league and we know how big of a week it is.
“The game could have gone either way at times, but overall, we’re happy with the point.
“We’re gaining a bit of momentum now and it’s important we take that into the other games we have got this week.
“We have bit more confidence than we have before and that showed in the performance today. We created a lot of opportunities and we could have snatched it at the end.
“We’re beginning to click a bit more now going forward. Ebony has been great for us up top as an outlet, as well as all the combination of forward we have had. I think the goal summed it up perfectly today, it was selfless and clinical.
“It was a busy day for me for sure, but we’re all delighted to take away a point on the road.”
