'We'll keep pushing' - Layzell.

Following her return from representing the Young Lionesses, Layzell has her sights set on an important final three games to round off the season, starting with Sunday's visit to the North East.

"Sunderland are a good side and it will be a hard game," said Layzell. "We have to have the right mindset because every game in the Championship is tough and this is no different, especially at their place.

"They play a difficult style of football and have some threatening players so we'll need to be on our toes and play at our best.

"These next three games will define our season and we're hoping to finish strong - it's the business end of the season."

Layzell went on to praise the strength of the full squad ahead of the weekend.

"We're really excited as a squad," she said. "Everyone has put the graft in and we've had a really good session today so we're looking forward to it.

"We're all in good shape which has given the staff some problems because there is such good competition and everyone is raring to go."
