Whitehouse was born in Enfield but spent her childhood growing up between Tanzania and the United States of America.

Whitehouse’s journey in English football would start just a stone’s throw from where she grew up in North London at Tottenham Hotspur, before a move to the Midlands for the second half of the 2020/21 campaign.
