A successful player pathway is a key pillar of the club's vision, which is evident to see with 10 members of Lauren Smith's first team being homegrown talents.Â
The 2021/22 season was one of the the most successful campaigns for the club's pathway with 13 international call-ups across the various age group as well as cross-club collaborations, which included players training with the boys academy and RTC.
This season has seen multiple players with train and play up age groups to further their development as well as spend time on and off the pitch with members of the first team squad.
Coaching within the club's pathway has also excelled with an increased level of formal qualifications undertaken by staff as well as valuable CPD events taking place.
