️ Yorston inducted into Hall of Fame at Reading half-time.

In conjunction with the Supporters Club & Trust we will mark Yorston’s induction into the Bristol City Hall of Fame with a half-time pitch side presentation.

Yorston captained Bristol City WFC across three spells with the club (2005-09, 2010-14, 2016-18) and with Loren Dykes are the first City Women players to be inducted into the Hall of Fame.

Yorston and Dykes were part of the teams which reached two FA Cup Finals in 2011 and 2013, narrowly missing out on the FA WSL title in 2013. In the 2011/12 and 2013/14 seasons they played in the UEFA Champions League – memorably beating Barcelona at Ashton Gate to reach the quarter-finals in 2014. Yorston also achieved six England senior caps during her successful career.

Yorston will also attend City Women’s home fixture against Sheffield United on Sunday. Tickets are available

Unfortunately, Dykes is not available to attend the formal celebration on Saturday and will be recognised privately.
